- A fully edited video set to the music of your choice in Matt's 'Cinematic Documentary' style -- looks like a movie, shot like a documentary! Ceremony and Reception footage is edited in real-time so you'll hear the vows, toasts and all of the other important events of the day. Typical fully edited videos are up to 2 hours long, with some packages offering a second 'Outakes' disk full of raw footage, cut scenes and other goodies. Some weddings may need two fully edited disks. Whatever it takes to do the job right is what you'll get. |

'The Works' Video Package: $5000.00 This is simply the ultimate video package which covers two days of filming, in stunning HD. First, we'll begin on your Rehearsal date and film your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner in full, getting plenty of well wishes on video (at your request) from the folks that matter. After staying in your town overnight at a local hotel after the first day of filming, we'll be with you early for pre-ceremony action such as make-up, hair, etc., and capture what we can with the guys too! From there, we're going to cover your entire day through your send-off, filming just about every last minute of everything between two or three videographers (depending on the complexity of your day). If your wedding itself is spread out over two days as can happen in some faiths, especially Hindu/Indian weddings, this package might be for you too! As for goodies, popular add-ons (should you choose to do them) include our Love Story video, a Honeymoon Montage, a full Photo to Video (growing up) Montage that we can display at your reception or rehearsal dinner, and all the other bells-and-whistles with our standard editing features, including our popular Spotlight Recap video, of course! On top of that, we also throw in our reception lighting effects for the day-of, which includes an amazing 'Bliss' light and a dance floor spotlight with a general effect or a custom light with your names and wedding date ($175 fee applies to have the custom plate made up... | Additional Videographer/Interview Station | $150-200 (depending on package) Second videographers are great when there are strict filming limitations at any venue (some churches) and necessary for our 'Interview Station'*, which is basically a dedicated camera we'd set up at your reception, much like a photo booth, where guests could come over at their leisure and leave a video message for the bride and groom should they be so inclined:) They are also helpful for obtaining extensive footage of details and cocktail hours while the main videographer can focus on the bride and groom. At the reception, the second videographer will also assist the main videographer with filming resulting in more coverage of random events (where one videographer packages focus on 'main events'). *The Interview Station is a $100 add-on to the pricing above (which covers the cost of the second videographer for the duration of your event). Since most of our videos are 2 hours in length, the Interview Station requires a second DVD to spill onto, which we would also fill up with raw and cut footage.. So the $100 fee is like getting our Raw Footage Outakes disk for half price. The Gold Packages already come with both a Second Videographer and Interview Station. Basic, Bronze and Silver do not. |

Travel Charges (if necessary)
Fuel Surcharge (outside of the Baltimore metro area): $40
Hotel Surcharge (Sometimes necessary for early morning event coverage): $150
Hotel Surcharges are to assure on-time filming by sleeping over near your event location (usually only for early weddings). This charge is assessed for most events not local to the Baltimore Metro area (south, west and east of DC- extreme eastern shore of MD or Deleware- north of Philly) where filming is to begin before noon. This would cover hotel costs for our staff who would spend the night before your Ceremony somewhere nearby to assure nothing is missed due to traffic or travel related problems.
Hourly Package Options
Hourly rates come with one copy of your event on DVD. Additional copies are $20 (single disk-regular DVD) or $30 (double disk-regular DVD).
Fully Edited Hourly (Wedding Day): $1000.00 for first 2 hours (minimum 2 hours booking required). $250 for extra hours after the initial two hours. You tell us when to begin filming and when to end, and all of the important events from your day will be captured and and delivered on a single DVD fully edited in our cinematic style with a formal introduction, credits, and Spotlight Recap! Great for folks who only need an hour or two of coverage. 2 Video Cameras, 1 Videographer |
Fully Edited Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bridal Shower: $125.00 per hour Becoming a popular add-on, one of our staff will tag along for your bachelor party, bachelorette party and/or bridal shower delivering to you on disk some of a night that some won't remember! 1 Video Camera, 1 Videographer |

Detailed Descriptions of Package Options
As indicated in our packages, we have developed a variety of video services targeted specifically for weddings. Below you will find descriptions of the options offered in each of the packages above. You will find these descriptions helpful in selecting a wedding video package that meets your specific needs. Each option has been put in order as they would appear in your video as we have experienced this way to work the best. Of course nothing is set in stone, and you can alter this order as you desire before we edit!
Video Intro A nice lead-in to your video, set to a combination of soft-focus and sepia slow motion shots of your wedding location and some on site pre-ceremony footage we would shoot, concluding with some slow-motion shots of your processional which acts as foreshadowing for the upcoming real-time ceremony footage in your video. All while credits of your wedding party are rolled across the screen... edited to the music of your choice, of course!
Pre-Ceremony Coverage A behind-the-scenes look at the bride getting ready before the ceremony at her home, a hotel or at the venue. We spend some time with the Bride and her Bridesmaids getting prepared to capture some of those special moments for your video in slow motion cut to the music of your choice. Also a good option to capture any formal photo shoots that have become more popular before the ceremony.
Ceremony Coverage Two camera coverage at the church or wedding location of Ceremony and Post-Ceremony activity such as Receiving Lines and Formal Photo Shoots. We show up about one hour before your starting time to get set up and coordinate our shoot with your photographer and whoever's in charge at the facility. We also get some behind the scenes shots of the bridal party and guests prior to the procession and some 'staging' shots of the facility indoors and out for use in your video intro. During the actual Ceremony itself, we begin with a camera angle of the wedding party coming down the aisle from the grooms vantage point. Once the bride gets halfway down the aisle we move that camera off to a side vantage point, while another camera catches all the action from a centered location at the back of the facility. From there, you'll have two camera coverage with several vantage points so virtually nothing gets missed! Of course our clients can also direct how they would like the shooting to go, and we utilize MP3 recorders with no UHF wireless signals to pick up your vows clearly ( we clip the mic on the groom)!
Formal Photo Video Montage/Highlights All packages comes with this feature. We'll sit in on your formal photo shoot following your Ceremony and turn it into a lovely video montage. A great way to transition into footage from your Cocktail Hour and Reception.
Reception Coverage w/ Introduction We capture all the important moments from your Reception like your Introductions, Cake Cutting, Toasts, all the important Dances, Garter and Bouquet Toss and anything else of importance including general shots of you and your guests having a good time! In addition, we capture the beauty of your Reception Location and Cocktail Hour activities in the form of a slow motion montage introduction that acts as a wonderful lead-in to the Reception footage.
Modern Spotlight Video The Spotlight Video acts as the grand finale in your video! Once the Formal Photo Video Montage is completed and everyone thinks the video is done, they are surprised with a video run-down of the days events edited to the beat of the music of your choice full of color, sepia, slow motion, real-time, wide screen, full screen soft focus shots of all of the days events! Words do not describe this option as does seeing it for yourself. Please check out the sample of this very popular feature to the left or view the many found on The Spotlight page. An absolute beautiful wrap-up to your wedding video!
White Canvas Spotlight This is an alternate version of our original Spotlight Video. New in 2010, this version of our Spotlight recap utliizes a 'white wash' effect throughout the video (and some editing tweaks), vs. the original which finds more of a black-screen backdrop to most scenes. Our clients will have the opportunity to choose which version they'd like to see in their video upon booking. Samples of our different Spotlight styles can be found on our Samples page.
'Old Film' (or 9mm) Spotlight This is yet another alternative to our original Spotlight Video. This presentation is all black and white with that 'old film' look. Samples of all of our Spotlight styles can be found our our Samples page.
Music Video Spotlight This is yet another alternative to our original Spotlight Video. The Music Video Spotlight Recap only works with fast paced, upbeat songs. Mixing combinations of all of our editing techniques coupled with mostly hard transitions, this is definitely a hip way to round out any video!
First Take Video Our clients can get a sneak peak snippet from their wedding almost instantly! Well, at least within a few days of the wedding in most cases:) We'll post your first dance (or other highlight from any given couple's big day) online in an effort to give all of our clients, their friends and family, a moment to relive right away... a smudge of instant gratification you could say! Look at these as merely a simple trailer to the feature film that will be delivered once the editing process is completed on each video production.
Raw Footage Outakes We usually wind up using about 80-90% of the footage we shoot in the finished product. However, in many cases, there's a good chunk of extra reception footage (random dancing) or portions of longer wedding ceremonies that are edited out to squeeze all of the important stuff from the wedding day onto one DVD. With this option, you'll get all of that extra reception footage, the full ceremony, uncut and extra pre ceremony and formal photo footage when available (which is set to music in the main video) and should you have a second videographer and exercise our 'Video Station' option, any guest interviews would also be included on this disk, which turns your wedding video into a two disk extravaganza!
Interview Station Basically a dedicated camera we'd set up at your reception where guests could come over at their leisure and leave a video message for the bride and groom should they be so inclined:) This option includes a second videographer at no extra charge but requires a second Raw Footage Outakes disk if it's not already included in your package.
Rehearsal Coverage The night before your ceremony, we come out and capture some candid footage of your Ceremony Rehearsal and/or the following dinner and present some of that footage in a slow motion montage to the music of your choice in your video. This type of coverage acts as a great lead into the rest your video as it foreshadows things to come, much like a feature film. May also be good for toasts at dinner or presenting your Photo to Video Montage if you opt not to show it at your Reception:)
Love Story A personal and intimate video segment that allows the bride and groom to share thoughts about each other, how they met, what they're looking forward to and so on. Optionally, I'll have you each write a letter to one another expressing your feelings for your better half, the contents of which read by you for the video only (talk about a tear jerker) to cap off each individual segment of the shoot! Typically shot in a park-like or modern city setting before the wedding (As seen on "A Wedding Story"). Typically about 20-30 minutes long, this acts as a wonderful introduction to your video and can be displayed with your montage at your Rehearsal Dinner or Reception!
Photo-to-Video Montage (80-100 images) This has become an extremely popular option! We take photos of the bride and groom, though the years, and convert them to video with transitions and the music of your choice. Also included in your video as part of the introduction, we can also provide a large screen projection system or an iMac video feed to present the montage at your Rehearsal Dinner or Reception...a great way to break the ice between two families just getting to know each other!
Mini-Photo Montage (36 images) This montage is a 'mini', one song in length, version of our full scale Photo-to-Video Montage. A popular alternative to those that really want a montage, but may not have a huge amount of pictures for it. The Mini Photo Montage acts as a nice lead-in to the entire video with blended pictures of the couple and their famalies through the years leading up to the big day! We can also use pictures from your Honeymoon to recap your experiences there!
Highlight Montage The Highlight Montage captures all the most special moments of the day edited to a music selection of your choice. We'll take stills from your video footage or use photo's your professional photographer that you would provide (leaving credit for that company in your video). Much like the Photo-to-Video Montage except still images of the days events are used instead of growing up pictures. We present all of those special moments captured in time as a 'Day in Rewind', if you will, starting with stills from your reception and ending with still shots of your ceremony. This option is an add-on.
Save the Date A really cool way to let folks know to keep your wedding date open, we'll do a still motion montage of the lucky couple holding up signs informing the viewer of the video to, well, save the date for their wedding! This option is great for email blasts to guests or a wedding website for the couple.
